Veneers & crowns

Would you like to improve your smile in a natural, fast and minimally invasive way? With veneers and aesthetic crowns you can achieve a harmonious, bright and long-lasting smile, correcting imperfections such as crooked, stained, chipped or worn teeth.

Dental veneers are very thin ceramic or lithium disilicate shells applied to the outer surface of the front teeth, immediately improving their shape, colour and alignment without the need for orthodontics. Aesthetic crowns, on the other hand, cover the entire tooth and are ideal when badly damaged, root-treated or weakened teeth need to be rebuilt due to extensive decay. Both solutions are highly aesthetic, durable and biocompatible, custom-made to blend perfectly with your natural teeth.

Thanks to digital technology, we can plan every detail in advance and give you a preview of the final result of your new smile. The treatment is fast, painless and requires no long recovery times: in just a few appointments you can radically transform the appearance of your teeth.

How does the treatment work?

01

First examination and digital smile design

Clinical assessment, digital impressions, photos of your smile and a simulation of the result.

02

Minimal preparation of the teeth

Only if necessary, the teeth are lightly reshaped to accommodate the veneers or crowns.

03

Aesthetic try-in and approval

Temporary prototypes are made so we can assess shape and colour together.

04

Final placement

The final veneers or crowns are cemented for a stable, functional and extremely natural result.

Frequently asked questions

Do veneers ruin the teeth?

No, veneers are minimally invasive. In many cases only slight preparation of the enamel is needed, or no reshaping at all. The teeth are preserved and protected, not damaged.

How long do veneers and aesthetic crowns last?

With good oral hygiene and regular check-ups, veneers and crowns can last from 10 to 20 years. They are made of durable materials such as full ceramic and lithium disilicate.

Can veneers come off or break?

It is rare, but it can happen in the event of trauma or bad habits (such as biting your nails or using your teeth to open objects). That is why we always recommend a night guard for patients who grind their teeth.

Are aesthetic crowns also suitable for back teeth?

Yes, full ceramic or zirconia crowns are also ideal for molars and premolars: they offer high strength and impeccable aesthetics, even in less visible areas.

Is it possible to choose the colour of the veneers or crowns?

Of course. The colour is chosen together with the patient, based on the desired result and the natural shade of the adjacent teeth. Our goal is a harmonious, natural appearance.

Is the treatment painful?

No. The procedure is painless thanks to local anaesthesia, and many patients feel no discomfort at all. Moreover, the entire process is designed to minimise any inconvenience.

Can I have veneers if my teeth are crooked or stained?

Yes. Veneers are perfect for correcting misaligned, discoloured, worn or chipped teeth. In some cases they can replace traditional orthodontics for slight misalignments.
