Fixed dental implants with immediate loading
Immediate-loading implantology is an advanced technique that makes it possible to place dental implants and fixed temporary teeth in a single session, without having to wait months between surgery and fitting the prosthesis.
It is the ideal solution for those who want to smile, speak and eat again straight away, with no long waits or removable temporary dentures.
Traditionally, after placing a dental implant, patients had to wait 3 to 6 months for the bone to heal before the teeth could be fitted.
With immediate loading, however, within 24–72 hours of surgery a fixed temporary prosthesis, perfectly aesthetic and functional, can be fitted.
After a few months it will be replaced with the final prosthesis, but in the meantime you can speak, smile and eat normally.
How does the treatment work?

How long does it take to get fixed teeth?
The procedure takes place in a single session, with the placement of the implants and the fitting of the fixed temporary prosthesis.
Is immediate-loading implantology a painful procedure?
Absolutely not.
The procedure is carried out under local anaesthesia, in a sterile and controlled environment. The techniques are minimally invasive and the post-operative phase is well tolerated, with minimal swelling and discomfort that can be managed with common painkillers.
Are dental implants safe?
Yes, they are made of biocompatible titanium and have been used for over 30 years with very high success rates.

Can I have the procedure if I have little bone?

How soon can I return to normal activities?
